Strawberry Boba

Strawberry boba, or strawberry bubble tea, is a fruity milk tea drink made with popping (or bursting) boba pearls. While many bubble teas are made with traditional tapioca pearls, which are solid and chewy, these strawberry boba are more like sweet liquid encapsulated in a thin, edible bubble wrap. They are so fun and sweet!

While I usually prepare my own (tapioca) boba at homeI will simply buy the bursting boba pearls to use in a recipe like this. Once opened, you can store in your refrigerator for some time and add to all sorts of drinks.
